BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
In this project, the CEO of t-Gestiona, the shared services center of the Telefónica group, required us to carry out a business transformation that would allow him to achieve an optimization of business processes as well as a structural optimization of the company. Since it was a strategic and extremely sensitive project, it was developed with a very high-level team, seeking not to impact the organization and that the changes that arose were treated in such a way that the operation did not suffer any type of inconvenience.
The project was executed, achieving an approximate efficiency of 35% and with organizational changes that basically consisted of a reallocation of resources based on experience and knowledge, practically without having to lay off personnel.
This project was presented and approved even by the CEO of the Telefónica Group in Latin America, generating a great level of relationship with the client that is maintained to this day thanks to the proposed solutions and the results achieved.
