BRIEF DESCRIPTION:

The oil company REPSOL had a need for support in relation to ABAP developments for its SAP projects but with greater flexibility of scalability and / or downsizing according to the projects that the company had, for which we migrated from an ABAP staffing business model that we had with them a factory business model of ABAP development in hybrid mode, in which the Manager who managed the account developed the requirements management functions and our regional ABAP Factory carried out the developments for the client.

This generated a change in the way of working towards greater efficiency for the client and an increase in the company’s billing, transforming it into a win-win solution for both parties. In this case, my role was basically to propose the new business model to the team that managed the relationship with the client and to support them in the negotiation and closing of this new business.
