BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
The management of KPMG Colombia went out to look for a new PIC (Partner in Charge) for its Advisory business in Colombia.
At that time, the company was in a breakeven position, and it was necessary to optimize the business in an integral way to seek greater profitability and growth.
Basically, the business units were restructured to make them more efficient, adjusting the hourly billability indices to work team projects, resizing the structures seeking maximum efficiency and, on the other hand, an expansion of the professional services portfolio, focusing more on high value-added services, not only in the local market, but also positioning the company and its strengths in the corporate sphere.
Thus, since 2012, it began to have partners with responsibilities in strategic account management in Latin America, such as SAB Miller, with Headquarters in Great Britain and for which it positioned itself to the Colombian operation, as Hub development of strategic services throughout the Americas for that client. Likewise, KPMG was positioned as a strategic partner in the implementation of technology solutions in the field of Technology Security, Master Data Management, and implementation of specific niche solutions from World-class Software such as SAP and ORACLE, in Colombia.
