BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
The Romero group, one of the largest groups in Peru, with an approximate turnover of USD 7,000 million, made the decision to seek greater operating efficiencies at the back office level of the entire group. For this, the Priox company was created, and we won the structuring and implementation project of the Priox Shared Services Center.
The project scope contemplated the processes of Purchasing, Accounting and Finance, Human Resources and Information Technology and was developed in a period of 14 months.
This project was of substantial importance, since it was our first large-scale project in this business group, and one of the directors, shareholder and family member, was fully committed to it, since it was his initiative at the level. family, and a failure in this project not only affected us as a supplier, but also himself personally, family and his position at the board level.
The project was really satisfactory, and we received recognition at the board of directors, since it was put into operation, exactly on the planned date, without economic deviations and, most importantly, without noise within the economic group.
