BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
One of the first projects I came across when arriving at the Peru office was having to take control of an ORACLE implementation project that was having serious start-up problems. The client asked us to define what our position would be or we would receive a lawsuit for breach of contract plus damages.
Given this situation, I set up a task force with the best resources in the office, we analyzed all the problems raised by the client and after 72 hours we were able to clearly define which were our own problems and which were the client’s. Based on this, we clarified all this with the client based on the existing documentation and proposed a solution plan to adequately finalize the commitments assumed.
The client accepted our presentation and in a period of 3 months we managed to reverse the situation and make the Go Live of the system with all the compromised functionality. Obviously, this project generated a strong negative economic impact on us, but we managed to reverse our image and positioning before the client, with whom we later continued developing projects that allowed us to recover the investment made, and today, I maintain a very close relationship with them. and to be able to continue providing services in a personal way due to the trust we generate in them and the results provided.
