SAP Application Management Service – AMS

This was another important challenge for professional and personal growth, since I was hired to take charge of a new project that the company had sold to Petrobras, which was the corrective and evolutionary support of its SAP platform. Part of the team to carry out this project was hired directly from the client and another part was hired completely new, in order to achieve a different service to that which the client received up to that moment and at the same time not lose the specific knowledge of the client’s SAP that provided them. specialists of each module had developed over time. 

From there, we carry out a service based on an SLA with a high level of response for corrective maintenance (maximum 24 hours to solve problems) which led us to close two years in a row without any penalty and maximum customer satisfaction. And regarding evolutionary maintenance, 78 projects were executed in that same period that always had the premise of solving the root problem, never of making a patch. 

This also generated an important positioning in the client that allowed the company to enter with new value-added services in this new client. On a personal level, it allowed me to know in detail the processes of the oil & gas industry at the downstream level and to generate significant experience in managing teams of maximum efficiency in AMS SAP services. 

Likewise, I achieved a close relationship with the management of the Petrobras IT area and with my work team, who spontaneously endorsed my work through their references on Linkedin, even maintaining a very good relationship with all of them until the day of the date.
