BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
Louis Dreyfuss is one of the largest agribusiness companies in Argentina, whose core business is the collection, processing and export of grains. They had implemented SAP R / 3 at the finance and sales level and now they wanted to implement the value chain associated with maintenance and logistics in SAP to have the entire business centralized in a single information processing tool.
This is why the value chain required the implementation of the fixed assets module, in which to be able to have all the information of the different grain storage and transport plants, all the transport and logistics functionality of the same, as well as also the predictive and corrective maintenance of the existing plant infrastructure. Having the 3 modules finished the consolidation of all the productive information of the business seeking maximum efficiency.
My role was to sell the solution and project manager in the implementation. Unfortunately in this project we had a 30% and 15% time deviation in the production start-up of the budget given that the resources with knowledge in the SAP PM module were quite scarce in the local market and the biggest problem arose in the integration of all 3 modules simultaneously. Likewise, the implementation was successful from a technical point of view, beyond the deviations.
