BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
The brand had an Information Technology strategy to support its network dealers, by providing them with a SW solution based on that could improve their ERP and simultaneously have a tool that would allow them to make decisions at the executive level. through executive information boards.
In the case of ERP, a platform that the brand had implemented in dealerships in Brazil was used, to which the corresponding locations were made and for the Business Dashboard, Pilot was defined as a platform, and I designed the corresponding executive information dashboards, with all the KPIs that they should have to properly manage a dealership. From then on, I participated in the presentation and sale process to the dealers, who progressively adopted the solution offered.
