SAP R/3 Vehicle Locator & Sales Planning Implementation

It was required to carry out the business planning of all lines of business (cars, commercial vehicles, Buses and Trucks) in a centralized tool. The complexity of this project occurred in that the planning began in the planning of sales of vehicles of the dealership network and from there it was adjusted with the sales planning of the commercial area of Mercedes Benz, to finally obtain the general planning of Sales Of the brand. 

The Vehicle Locator module allowed the tracking of vehicle orders to the factory to later make the corresponding discount for the calculations of compliance with the sales compliance quota, both by the brand and the dealers. This implementation was done with the external help of a consultant in SAP R / 3 SD implementation specialist in sales planning plus the support of the internal SAP team that took training from the Vehile Locator module with the operation of Mercedes Benz Switzerland.
