BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
In 2018, Law 29733 on the Protection of Personal Data came into force in Peru, therefore, all companies that in any way have customer or supplier data must comply with certain safeguards and procedures for cancellation requests by the owners of such data.
Based on this, JJC implemented all the corresponding regulatory procedures, as well as the processes for the protection of information at a technological level. In this project the complexity was less, since the points of capture of customer information were much less and with more formal controls on the reception and management of the same.
Finally, the digitization processes of the same and the corresponding controls for entering the central systems of JJC Peru were implemented for their proper management and compliance with the regulations dictated by law.
