BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
As part of the growth strategy, the possibility of being part of the management of key accounts at the regional level was raised at the corporate level. Analyzing the company’s key clients in Latin America, the beverage company Backus was defined as one of them. Based on this definition, contact was established with the lead partner of the account in Great Britain and joint work began with meetings at the regional headquarters (Miami-USA) as well as at Global (London-Great Britain) to generate relationships. corresponding with the client’s references.
For an adequate development of our joint work role with the client, it was stipulated to hold biannual workshops to understand the strategies defined by the client and which should be reflected at the regional level, as well as the biannual control of the evolution of the projects.
My role in these cases was to participate as a regional leader in the Americas, both in understanding corporate strategies and their implementation needs in the region and advising the client regarding cultures and maturity of operations in the American continent. in order to carry out a realistic deployment both at the planning and execution levels. And later manage all the initiatives with the leaders of the region for the support of KPMG in each of the countries where our client had operations.
