BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
DECEVAL, the leading organization of the Colombian capital market infrastructure, asked us for a complete review of its business processes that would allow us to make more efficient the management of custody, administration, compensation and settlement of loans to individuals, companies, investors and all financial agents inside and outside the country.
The project had a not very satisfactory first stage for the client (prior to my joining the company), for which the project had to be retaken, resources reassigned and the project restructured to arrive at an alternative of greater efficiency and satisfaction the client’s. It was achieved after 60 days of hard work and the client achieved through its implementation, an operational efficiency of 70%, a higher quality and security of management in customer service and complete satisfaction that generated new subsequent projects.
