BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
As part of the growth strategy, Deloitte raised at the corporate level the need to be part of the management of key accounts at the global and regional levels. Analyzing the company’s key clients in Latin America, Scotiabank was defined as one of them and I was designated as LCSP-LATCO (Lead Client Service Partner – Latin American Countries).
Based on this definition, contact was established with the lead partner of the account in Toronto and the joint work began with meetings at the global headquarters (Toronto-Canada) to generate the corresponding relationships with the client’s referents. For an adequate development of our joint work role with the client, it was stipulated to hold quarterly work meetings to better manage the relationship with the client at the Headquarters and to be able to have a closer relationship with the Scotiabank operation in Peru.
My role in these cases was to participate as a regional leader in Latin America, both in the understanding of corporate strategies and their implementation needs in the region and to advise the client regarding cultures and maturity of operations in the American continent, in order to carry out a realistic deployment both at the planning and execution levels.
Based on this, manage all initiatives with the leaders of the region to support Deloitte in each of the countries where our client had operations, basically Peru, Uruguay and Chile.
