BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
The La Positiva insurance group was having a low performance in the service it received from the IT area, for which it requested a technology strategy that would contemplate a greater coverage of its needs without strongly increasing the workforce they had at that time.
An organizational restructuring of the IT area was proposed to them, since not all the profiles were adequate for the functions they were fulfilling, as well as the outsourcing of some functions that were lacking and that generated the low level of service expected by the organization. Likewise, new, and more efficient processes were defined for managing the needs and meeting the objectives of the IT area.
My role was to support the initial understanding of the client’s needs, support the team in the validation of the strategy and participate in the steering committee in project meetings.
