BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
In the case of this client, their business was growing by leaps and bounds and they wanted to define a strategy for a new ERP that would provide them with the necessary scalability and whose investment was appropriate for their size of business.
The design of said strategy was carried out, in which the implementation of a World Class solution, with its basic modules, and the realization of interfaces with its core business systems was suggested, since no industry solution suited their requirements. This project was executed in 90 days, achieving it on time and on budget.
