BRIEF DESCRIPTION:

The client was in need of implementing a larger ERP, which would allow it to maintain the growth of its operations and future new additions of vehicle brands to be marketed. They needed a definition between taking the solution from SAP or ORACLE, for which they hired our services so that, depending on the needs of their business, we would provide them with the parameters of the strategy to follow with this acquisition.

The project was executed in 90 days from which they made the decision based on the defined strategy. My role in this case was to support the sale of the service and to participate in its steering committee.
