Corporate PepsiCo ERP System implementation on HP3000 Platform

The strategic definition of implementing the Backoffice, Sales, Logistics and Production systems was taken in a standard way, as it was implemented in Sabritas de México, only with the adaptation of the necessary locations to comply with Argentine tax regulations.

For this, the entire Sabritas system team in Mexico supported us, to prepare and install the systems and from there, make the corresponding adjustments in the development and testing environments. Once all this work was done, we moved with the complete team to Argentina, where all the necessary adjustments were completed with the participation of all the key users of the company. The trainings were carried out and implemented in a timely manner.
