Technical support of the ex-Kellogg’s IBM S/36 ERP System

I joined Kellogg’s Company as Microcomputer Coordinator, but within a few months, the company was acquired by PepsiCo Snacks. The purchase transaction contemplated the delivery by Kellogg’s to PepsiCo of the fully working operation, for which I also had to take charge, after training, of the technological support and operation of the S / 36 platform. 

This project was very important for me, since it allowed me to grow substantially and quickly in the management and management of mid-range client / server platforms and in turn participate in the separation of the information systems of two companies and take charge of one from them. 

This also allowed me to grow at a professional level, since through the results achieved, I subsequently assumed responsibility for the entire Information System area of PepsiCo Snacks.
