En el 2018 un grupo de emprendedores tuvieron la visión de crear una compañía de servicios de Backoffice basado en un modelo hibrido de negocios que contemplaran el outsorcing como la virtualización, con el fin de poder brindar servicios con precios adecuados a los negocios de pequeño y mediano porte.
Se logró un modelo de negocios basado en el máximo aprovechamiento de la tecnología y la disponibilidad de personal sin fronteras geográficas. Meses después, con la aparición del Covid, este servicio parecía hecho a medida para las PYMES.
Me dieron la posibilidad de desarrollar el concepto de compañía, su estructuración y puesta en marcha inicial, para posteriormente acompañarla en su crecimiento desde una función netamente estratégica, como miembro del Comité Directivo de la compañía.
Actualmente la empresa crece en forma sostenida brindando servicios de Asistentes Virtuales, Agencia de Marketing y Venta Digital, servicios de Venta virtualizados, servicios de administración y servicios de soporte tecnológico, cubriendo así toda la cadena de valor, desde la preventa hasta la administración, lo cual le permite a una empresa pequeña o mediana, flexibilizar y reducir sustancialmente sus costos operativos y laborales.
