BRIEF DESCRIPTION:

There were several needs for information automation as well as digital collaborative work between the presidency teams, for which I was entrusted with the design and development of a strategy to automate various information processes for the presidency area, and thus achieve greater operational efficiency and access to information for the board of directors. In a period of 6 months, 70% of the required automations were implemented. 

The remaining 30% was pending approval by the new president and the implementation of business information Dashboards, which required greater involvement of the company’s IT department and a larger investment budget.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION:

The company’s ERP was supported on an IBM S36 Client-Server platform and the IT area made the decision to replace said management system with the platform used by BASF Brazil and which was on a Mainframe platform.

Having made that decision, the payroll processing system was part of the implementation plan for which, with my incipient computer knowledge and being responsible for the payment of salaries of the company, for which they trained me for the operation and realization of specific developments in the new platform, and thus be part of the migration and implementation of the new system in the Argentine operation.

Develop a system of applicants in FoxPro for the administration of all those who apply for a job in the company, a job that was achieved in a period of 6 months.
